A preliminary investigation into the small plane crash off the San Diego coast has revealed that the pilot made several erratic maneuvers shortly before the aircraft went down. According to the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), the aircraft was observed making sharp turns and sudden altitude changes moments before losing contact with air traffic control. The plane, which took off from a local airstrip, plunged into the Pacific Ocean, resulting in the presumed death of the pilot. Officials have not confirmed the cause of the crash but say the flight data and eyewitness reports point to possible disorientation or mechanical issues. Recovery and analysis of the wreckage are ongoing.
